Enquiries and orders
Submitting a brief, trade enquiry or sample request does not place an order. This website does not collect payments. Production begins only after the studio has confirmed the scope, written terms and any agreed payment requirements with you.
Price and specification
Prices are quoted for the agreed timber, dimensions, construction and finish. Your quote will explain the applicable tax treatment, delivery and installation costs, deposit and balance arrangements. No starting price or lead time is implied by a collection image.
Collection imagery
The collection and interior imagery on this website are design visualisations. They illustrate a design direction rather than documenting completed client commissions. Final dimensions, materials, construction and finishes are confirmed in the specification. Natural timber varies in colour and grain; samples are a guide to its character.
Timing and delivery
Production timing is confirmed with the quote and depends on the scope, material availability and workshop schedule. Include your delivery location and access requirements early. The studio will confirm transport, installation and any associated costs before an order is accepted.
Changes, cancellations and aftercare
Before accepting a quote, review the project-specific provisions for design changes, cancellation, defects, care and aftercare. Nothing on this website limits any rights you have under applicable South African consumer law.
